"How To" lose stomach fat "6pack" secrets

What specific exercises are good for getting rid of stomach fat? this Is a question I get often, and most recently last night.

  • while you can target a specific muscle group to make a muscle bigger as of yet there is no supporting research for spot reducing fat (you didn't chose where you put it on... you can't chose were to take it off)
  • "BELLY FAT" Has a few key players a major one is the hormone CORTISOL (the fight or flight hormone) Inability to manage stress, staying up too late, and excessive worrying cause elevated cortisol levels
