Drink water

YOU NEED WATER
DID YOU KNOW
  1. YOU BODY IS  ABOUT 70% WATER
  2. YOU MUSCLES ARE ABOUT 75% WATER
  3. YOUR BRAIN CELLS ARE ABOUT 85% WATER
  4. AND THAT EVEN YOUR BONES CONTAIN ABOUT 25% WATER



There are numerous stories, (and im sure some of you have some and I would love to here them) of people who suffering from illnesses only having access to rest and water and in hours and days experience a complete turn around, and relief from their symptoms.

Here are some important facts about water.


  •  YOU NEED TO REPLACE AND REPLENISH
  1. Through the day you will lose about a quarte of water though sweat, exhalation, and urination.
  2. To maintain a ph balance where you are alkaline vs acidic you need to consume about 1oz per lbs of lean body weight
  3. Because water is involved in ever major organelle system and function even to lubricating your eyes it is important that you give you body enough water to continue these functions with out having to budget and save waste product
  • BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU GET YOUR WATER FROM 
  • YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU WATER INTAKE COMES FROM A CLEAN RELIABLE SOURCE (JUST LIKE YOUR HEALTH INFO ;)
  1. According to the Environmental defense Group 4 billion pounds of toxins are introduced to our environment each year
  2. In February of 2006 There where 8,369,447 commercially available chemicals, however most water testing facilities can only test for 30-40
  3. In 1908 the U.S. began chorination of water (adding chlorine to treat water) recent research has revealed that the combination of chlorine and organic compounds in water produces a carcinogen called DBP the most common are haloacalic and trihalomethanes which have been linked to the development of Alzheimer's and other deseases.
  4. A 10 minute shower in this water is the equivalent of drinking a half a gallon of it
  • EVEN BOTTLED WATER HAS IT'S ISSUSE
  1. Bottled water is legally considered a food and is regulated by the FDA and its only requirement is that it is as "safe as" tap water
  2. The FDA ONLY REQUIRES testing once a year.
  3. The FDA allows 5 parts per billion of lead. (a third of whats permitted in tap)
  4. plastic bottels contain harm full chemicals from PVC to BPA
  • SOLUTION
  1. Use water filters in your shower and with your tape water.
  2. Buy glass and or bio based water bottles
  3. Store your water in the refrigerator
